Special Message re Login Issues-
On April 19, 2026 I completed installation of a new subscription management system to serve new subscribers. This system works in communication between my WordPress content management system and Stripe, the leading online payments system.
On May 17, I was made aware that some new subscribers cannot login or access reports. I apologize for the inconvenience. I have begun researching the cause of the glitch. Pending correction of the issues, I will send your reports by email immediately upon completion.
There are several connections between the components of the system that must communicate the subscriber login information successfully in order for the subscriber reports to download seamlessly. That chain of communication has a break where some users are not set up properly.
Confirmation email– Normally, Stripe communicates a successful payment to the subscription management system on the Liquidity Trader WordPress content management system. The subscription management system then sends a confirmation email to you. These emails may be snagged by your spam filter and you don’t see them. This is one potential break in the chain. It would prevent your user account from being set up. So first, check your spam folder for that confirmation email and click the link to complete the account setup.
I have not yet determined if that is the sole source of the issue. I am working to determine that, and to fix the problem. Thank you for your patience and support as I work on fixing this.
This does not involve any user credit card information which is securely stored exclusively in Stripe’s system.
Managing Your Account
Your membership account is fully self-service. Log in at any time to manage your subscription:
From your account page you can update your billing information, change your password, and cancel your subscription.

Click the link below and enter your email address. A reset link will be sent to you immediately.
How Reports Are Delivered
Each time a new report is published you will receive an email with a summary and a download link. Click the link, log in when prompted, and your full PDF report will open. Your browser will typically remember your login after the first time.
Reports are also listed on the website as they are published. Only reports included in your subscription level will be accessible.

Reports from dates prior to April 2026 are to current subscribers on request. Use the contact form below to request.
Can’t Log In?
- Make sure the report you are trying to open is included in your subscription level.
- The first time you log in, type your username and password manually — do not copy and paste.
- If you are still having trouble, a stored browser cookie may be conflicting. Go to your browser settings, delete all cookies from liquiditytrader.com, then return and log in manually.
Ensure Email Delivery
Some email services block messages periodically. Please whitelist Le******@*************er.com, the domain liquiditytrader.com, and IP address 142.11.213.169 in your email client. If you haven’t received a report, check your spam or junk folder first.

Can’t Log In
1. Be sure that the report you are trying to download is part of your service package.
2. The first time you log in, please type in your user name and password manually. Do not copy and paste. After that, your browser will remember the login and you will not need to re-enter it.
3. If you are still receiving error messages, there may be a stored cookie in your browser that is conflicting with your current login cookie. This happens occasionally, particularly if you have had a subscription in the past that expired. Go to your browser settings and find the setting to view all cookies. Then delete all cookies from Liquiditytrader.com. Then return to the login screen and type in your login manually.
